full-vip-day Options for Tailored Assistance
Designed for clients who need intensive support for an entire day. Whether it's standing in for emergency reception relief or assisting with running a corporate meeting and events (where you need an extra set of hands to help take minutes, run errands, or manage logistics), this package provides a full day of my services to help ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Package rates start at $37.95 per hour, with a minimum charge of four hours payable in advance.
VIP Day Package rate to be discussed and customized based on your specific requirements.
Immediate turnaround during regular weekly timeslots of 48 hours.
Excess hours outside of pre-paid packages will be charged at the hourly rate.
Transport/travel expenses excluded.

Before any work is undertaken, a detailed quote will be provided outlining the scope of work, estimated hours required, and associated costs where applicable.
The minimum charge for hourly rate services is two hours, payable in advance.
The minimum charge for package rates is ten hours, payable in advance.
After-hours and weekend virtual and/or in-person assistance hours differ and may be subject to a higher rate.
Any excess hours outside of the pre-paid packages will be charged at my hourly rates unless otherwise agreed.
Associated costs will be charged separately where applicable.
All pricing and terms are subject to change and are at the discretion of White-Glove PA.

Finally, please note that all rates exclude additional travel expenses, if applicable.

Payment Terms:
White-Glove PA requires payment upfront for all hourly rate projects and pre-paid packages. Payment is due within seven (7) days of the invoice date and payment can be made through bank transfer, secure card payment, or PayPal. Any excess hours outside of the pre-paid packages will be charged at the hourly rate and will be invoiced separately. Any additional expenses such as travel or transport costs will be billed separately and are the responsibility of the client. If payment is not received within 7 days, White-Glove PA reserves the right to pause all services until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
White-Glove PA understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may require clients to cancel or reschedule their scheduled services. To ensure that both parties are protected, we have established the following cancellation policy:
For Hourly and Subscription Packages:
Cancellation or rescheduling of service must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
If the cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the client will be charged for the minimum two-hour rate.
For VIP Day Packages:
Cancellation or rescheduling of service must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
If the cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package rate.
